Lisa Kerbel Caplan

Lisa H. Kerbel Caplan, (Osgoode) 1991, LLB; (University College, University of Toronto) 1988, B.A.  Lisa was the Senior Research Lawyer at McMillan LLP from October 2006 to February 2010 , and prior to assuming that role, was an associate in McMillan’s corporate restructuring group.  Lisa has written on various insolvency law topics, including pension issues and cross border insolvency proceedings and co-taught the bankruptcy law course with Andrew Kent in 2008.
