Linda McCaffrey

Linda McCaffrey, B.A. (Carleton) 1964, L.L.B. (Ottawa) 1967, called to the bar of Ontario in 1967. Ms. McCaffrey joined the Ontario Government where she worked as an environmental prosecutor and as a civil litigator. In 1997 she joined the law firm of Lang Michener, practicing in the areas of environmental law and construction law. In 2007 Ms. McCaffrey established the uOttawa – Ecojustice Environmental law and Policy Clinic, retiring in June, 2010. She has taught advocacy in the Bar Admission Course and lectured in Continuing Legal Education programs sponsored by the Canadian Bar Association, the Law Society of Upper Canada and others.
