Kerry Wilkins

Kerry Wilkins (B.A. (Utah), M.A. (Michigan), LL.B., LL.M. (Toronto)) is a Toronto lawyer whose practice has focused, wherever possible, on issues in constitutional law, the Canadian law of aboriginal peoples, and, more generally, public law, usually for government. He has published articles on legal education, written extensively on the division of powers and on the Canadian law of aboriginal peoples and lectured on these and related subjects to law school classes, at continuing legal education programs and at public conferences.
