Adjunct Professor
John Terry, LL.B. (Toronto); LL.M. (Harvard) is a former clerk of Mr. Justice Peter Cory. He is a partner at Torys LLP and has one of Canada’s leading international law practices. John also has an active practice in public law litigation, including advising on climate change issues and acting for renewable power producers.  John is a co-author of The Law of Climate Change in Canada of the chapters “International Framework”, “Climate Change and the Canadian Constitution” and “Litigation”.  He also teaches as an adjunct professor of Public International Law and International Commercial and Investor-State Arbitration at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law.
