Jane Dietrich, BSc (University of Waterloo, 1998), LLB (University of Toronto, 2003), is a partner in the Toronto office of Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP's national Insolvency and Restructuring Group.  Her practice focuses on commercial restructuring, insolvency and related litigation.  She is a Fellow and life time member of INSOL International, a global federation of national associations for lawyers and accountants who specialize in turnaround and insolvency.  She was recommended by Chambers Global: The Guide to the World’s Leading Lawyers for Business 2012 as an up and coming lawyer in the area of Insolvency/Bankruptcy/Restructuring law.
