Guy Pratte

Guy Pratte is a partner, Chair of the National Council of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP and National Leader of the Commercial Litigation Practice Group. He graduated from the University of Western Ontario and obtained both his Masters of Arts in Philosophy and his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Toronto. Called to the Bar of Ontario in 1984 and to the Québec Bar in 2002, Mr. Pratte specializes in civil litigation with an emphasis on commercial litigation, injunctions, administrative law and constitutional law. He appears regularly in the Supreme Court of Canada. In 2007, Mr. Pratte became a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He represented the Rt. Hon. Brian Mulroney before the Oliphant Commission.
