Christopher Moore is an independent historian who has published extensively on many aspects of Canadian history. He has written three major works in legal history: The Law Society of Upper Canada and Ontario's Lawyers, 1797 - 1997 (1997), McCarthy Tetrault: Building Canada's Premier Law Firm, 1855-2005 (2005), and, most recently, The British Columbia Court of Appeal: The First Hundred Years (2010).
