Adjunct Professor

Cameron Rusaw,  B.A. (Queen's) 1984, LL.B. (Queen's) 1988, is a partner at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP. Cam has a broad transactional practice with an emphasis on mergers & acquisitions, private equity investment and buy-out transactions, corporate finance and joint ventures.  He has extensive cross-border and international experience, including in the US, Europe, Asia and Latin America, across numerous industries including retail, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, mining and information technology.  Cam is active in firm management at Davies, including as a former member of the firm’s management committee and the current Chair of the firm’s lawyer Evaluation Committee. Cam is an adjunct Professor at University of Toronto Law School, where he teaches an advanced Corporate Transactions course.
