Cameron Rusaw,  B.A. (Queen's) 1984, LL.B. (Queen's) 1988, is a partner at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP. Cam has a broad transactional practice with an emphasis on mergers & acquisitions, private equity investment and buy-out transactions, corporate finance and joint ventures. Extensive experience in a variety of transactions for public and private clients and private equity funds, including a broad range of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, financings, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, venture capital investments, strategic alliances and information technology transactions. Significant cross border and international experience. Cam is active in firm management at Davies, including as a former member of the firm’s management committee and the current Chair of the firm’s lawyer Evaluation Committee. Cam is an adjunct Professor at University of Toronto Law School, where he teaches an advanced Corporate Transactions course.
