Adjunct Professor

Bryce Edwards is a partner at Olthuis Kleer Townshend LLP, where he provides legal and strategic advice on lands and resource matters, intergovernmental negotiations, mining, energy, land use planning, oil & gas projects, and treaty and rights claims.

Bryce graduated from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, where he was the co-founder and first Editor-in-Chief of the Indigenous Law Journal. Before joining OKT, he worked in New York City at Shearman & Sterling LLP.

Bryce was awarded the Truth & Reconciliation Teaching Award, which recognizes professors who have made an outstanding contribution to the implementation of Call to Action #28 from the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada's Final Report.

Bryce is a member of the bars of Ontario and New York State. He is listed as “most frequently recommended” in the Lexpert Directory on Indigenous Law.  Contact: bedwards@oktlaw.com
