Benjamin Glustein

Master Benjamin T. Glustein , LL.B. (McGill) 1989; BCL (McGill) 1989 was called to the Quebec Bar in 1990 and the Ontario Bar in 1993. He was a Law Clerk to Madam Justice L’Heureux- Dubé at the Supreme Court of Canada and practised with Ogilvy Renault in Montreal from 1991-92 and joined Borden Ladner Gervais in 1993 as an associate in the public law/commercial litigation group led by (now) Associate Chief Justice O’Connor. He became a partner with Borden Ladner Gervais in 1998. In 2003, Mr. Glustein founded the position of Research Partner at Borden Ladner Gervais and directed significant research projects in the litigation and corporate fields. In June 2006, he was appointed Master at the Superior Court of Justice.  He has appeared before all levels of courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada, and has published articles on various topics, including civil liability of directors and officers, shareholders’ rights, and the production of documents in civil litigation.Contact: benjamin.glustein@scj-csj.ca
