Andrew J.F. Kent, (University of Toronto) 1976, J.D.; (University College, University of Toronto) 1973, B.A. He is CEO and Chair, Debt Products and Restructuring of McMillan LLP, and is nationally and internationally recognized as a leading Canadian practitioner in banking and insolvency. He served as Chair of the Joint Task Force from 2000 to 2005 on Business Insolvency Law Reform of the Insolvency Institute of Canada and the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals.
