Andrew Gray

Andrew Gray, LLB (University of Toronto) 2001,  BA (University of Toronto) 1991, PhD (University of Toronto) 1999, is a partner at Torys LLP.  He practice litigation, with a focus on corporate, securities and insolvency matters. He has extensive expertise with respect to contested transactions, securities litigation, Ontario Securities Commission investigations, CCAA proceedings and plans of arrangement. Andrew has appeared as counsel in the Court of Appeal, the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Justice, and before the Ontario Securities Commission and other administrative tribunals.
