Corporate Cross-Border Transaction Panel

 

The Business Law Society will be holding a panel on corporate cross-border transactions on Wednesday, March 6th, 2013. Lawyers from McCarthy Tétrault, Stikeman Elliott, and Norton Rose will be coming to the law school to walk us through different types of cross border transactions they have worked on from M&A to mining deals. This is a unique opportunity for students interested in corporate law to learn more about this growing practice area and about the type of work involved in conducting cross-border transactions.
