These Legal Research and Writing Tutorials will introduce first-year students to the conventions of legal writing, and using rule-based reasoning, analogical reasoning, and policy reasoning.
Students will become familiar with the standard tools and techniques of legal research, perform writing exercises, write a short memorandum, and revise it based on instructor feedback.
