Internationally Trained Lawyers Program (ITLP)

In response to the challenges faced by internationally trained lawyers seeking accreditation to practise law in Canada, the U of T Faculty of Law received funding to establish the Internationally Trained Lawyers Program in Ontario, Canada. The program commenced in May 2010.

The ITLP is a "bridge training program" and is optional. It is NOT a requirement to practise law in Ontario.
